Shot blasting is a cost-effective method of cleaning components or removing unwanted products and deposits from a substrate, such as steel, aluminum, wood, or fiberglass. The process involves firing media out of a lance using air pressure to remove paint, powder coat, rust, or to simply clean and polish items.

At Allan Automotive, we specialize in shot blasting vehicle body shells to a high standard using bespoke built jigs to roll vehicles over and fine media and pressures to suit. Unlike other blasters, we focus on providing exceptional service for vehicle body shells, ensuring that they are stripped down effectively and efficiently.

We use a variety of different media and coarseness, including crushed glass, iron silicate, soda, walnut, and glass bead. If you have specific media requirements, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
